  Sales & Marketing Specialist with a Co-Founder mindset

  —someone who wants to grow with the brand, build strong market presence, and play an active role in shaping Pretty Kitty's retail and distribution journey.

Role Overview

In this on-site role, you will lead our sales expansion, build powerful distribution partnerships, and create marketing strategies that fuel brand awareness and customer engagement. You'll collaborate directly with the founder and be deeply involved in product positioning, retailer relationships, and market growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end sales operations and grow distribution networks across retail and wholesale channels.
• Build and nurture long-lasting partnerships with distributors, beauty stores, salons, and retail chains.
• Develop smart, engaging marketing campaigns aligned with brand goals and customer insights.
• Provide product training to retail partners, internal teams, and beauty professionals.
• Track sales performance, analyze data, and ensure monthly/quarterly targets are achieved.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a top-tier customer experience.
• Work closely with the founder to shape growth strategies and market positioning.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Proven experience in sales, distribution management, or retail expansion—beauty or FMCG preferred.
• Ability to hit sales targets consistently and manage performance metrics.
• Understanding of marketing trends, brand-building, and consumer behavior.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Passion for cosmetics, beauty trends, inclusivity, and ethical practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).
