Job Role & Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT industry.
• Manage and nurture client relationships for repeat and referral business.
• Lead the sales team and provide guidance, mentoring, and performance management.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team for promotional campaigns and lead generation.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and negotiate deals with clients.
• Represent the company in client meetings, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
• Work closely with management to align business objectives and growth plans.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum

  2 years of proven experience

  in

  Sales & Marketing within the IT industry

  .
• Strong understanding of

  IT products and services

  (Web Development, SEO, SMM, Software, etc.).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and result-focused.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
