The ideal candidate for this role should possess a minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in Sales & Marketing within the IT industry, a profound understanding of IT products and services such as Web Development, SEO, SMM, Software, etc., exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, strong leadership capabilities to inspire and guide a team, the knack for establishing enduring client relationships, self-motivation, target-oriented mindset, and result-driven approach, and a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
