Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Sales and Marketing Specialist to develop and execute strategies that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive revenue growth. This is a hybrid role ideal for a results-oriented professional who is skilled in both the art of marketing and the science of sales. You will be responsible for the full funnel, from creating initial interest to closing deals, and will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's market presence.


Key Responsibilities


Marketing

  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
  • Create engaging and technically-oriented content (e.g., blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, social media updates) that resonates with our target audience (CISOs, IT Managers, Security Professionals).
  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence on platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and website traffic to identify trends and optimize strategies for better ROI.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential new markets.
  • Assist in organizing and promoting webinars, events, and other lead-generation activities.


Qualifications and Skills

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in a B2B sales or marketing role, preferably within the technology, SaaS, or cybersecurity industry.
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of the full sales cycle and modern marketing principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
  • A self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.


Preferred:

  • Direct experience selling or marketing cybersecurity products or services is a significant advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools.
  • A strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and articulate complex concepts.
