Position Overview:

Sales & Technical

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets and business objectives within the assigned region.
• Identify, develop, and manage new customers in target industries such as packaging, wood, and lamination.
• Handle

  technical sales

  — provide demonstrations, trials, and after-sales technical support.
• Coordinate closely with the

  R&D and Production teams

  for product performance feedback and customization.
• Manage dealer/distributor network and ensure product availability and growth.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare and present

  sales reports, forecasts, and MIS

  to management.
• Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and customer visits to promote Astra Chemtech products.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through strong relationship management and problem-solving.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience:

  2 to 10 years in

  Adhesives / Chemical / Industrial Sales

  (preferably Hotmelt & Water-based Adhesive).

• Qualification:

  B.Sc. Chemistry / M.Sc. Chemistry / B.E. Chemical / or equivalent.
• Strong

  technical understanding

  of adhesives and application processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools

  preferred.

Compensation:

Commensurate with qualification, experience, and current CTC.
