Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Greater Noida. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, managing customer relationships, conducting training sessions, and supporting sales management efforts. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, executing sales strategies, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Proven Sales and Sales Management experience Ability to conduct effective Training sessions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work on-site Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred Experience in the coatings, adhesives, or printing inks industry is a plus
