Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales And Marketing Specialistl. The Sales And Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing training to sales teams, and overseeing sales management activities. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with customers, handling customer service inquiries, and achieving sales targets. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred Experience in the engineering or construction industry is a plus
