Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Aarogyaam Human Resource Management Services. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and conducting sales training as needed. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, creating marketing materials, and participating in client meetings and events to promote Aarogyaam's services.
