Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented MBA graduate to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in business strategy and marketing concepts, combined with the ability to create high-quality marketing collateral, PowerPoint presentations, and data-driven spreadsheets to support strategic initiatives and client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and design of marketing collateral, including brochures, one-pagers, case studies, and pitch decks.
• Create and update PowerPoint presentations for internal teams, sales pitches, client meetings, and marketing campaigns.
• Build and maintain Excel spreadsheets for campaign tracking, ROI analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer data segmentation.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to ensure brand consistency and message alignment across materials.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning and campaign development.
• Support the creation and refinement of go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns, content ideas, and customer engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

• MBA with a concentration in Marketing, Strategy, or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of Google Workspace and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• A creative eye for visual presentation and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience in B2B marketing or SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp).
• Knowledge of content marketing and digital marketing channels.
