The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing growth strategies and plans, establishing and managing relationships with clients, identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs, conducting research and identifying new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, and partnerships. Additionally, the role involves planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives and preparing and delivering pitches to potential investors. Qualifications Experience in developing business strategies, growth plans, and market research Strong ability to build and manage client relationships and identify customer needs Proven track record in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in AI-driven industries such as healthcare, automotive, or retail is a plus
