Sales and Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing professional with at least 5 years of proven expertise in driving business growth, managing client relationships, and executing marketing strategies. The candidate will play a key role in expanding market presence, achieving sales targets, and enhancing brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Business Development: Identify new market opportunities, build pipelines, and expand customer base.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to promote products/services.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis, track industry trends, and provide insights for decision-making.
• Brand Management: Strengthen brand positioning through innovative marketing initiatives.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, finance, and operations teams to align sales and marketing goals.
• Reporting & Analytics: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, ROI of marketing campaigns, and market forecasts.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales and marketing roles, preferably in [industry-specific field].
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and MS Office.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of sales processes, marketing strategies, and customer behavior.
