Sales and Marketing Manager

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and potential clients.
• Manage and guide the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to management.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with clients.
• Forecast sales trends and adjust strategies to meet market changes.

Marketing Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
• Oversee content creation, social media branding, advertising, and promotional events.
• Coordinate with designers, agencies, and media partners to develop marketing materials.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for improvement.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective strategies.

Cross-Functional & Administrative Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, operations, and customer service teams to support business goals.
• Ensure alignment between sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
• Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
• Train and develop sales and marketing staff.
• Maintain CRM systems and ensure accurate customer data.
