Position Overview The Account Manager will serve as the primary relationship owner for partner schools implementing Medhakshar programmes. You will ensure smooth onboarding, programme delivery, and long-term engagement by acting as the connector between schools and internal teams. This is a key role focused on retention, service excellence, and stakeholder satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Manage ongoing relationships with partner schools and ensure seamless communication. Act as a single point of contact for principals, coordinators, and school leadership teams. Conduct regular check-ins, review meetings, and feedback sessions with school partners. Programme Delivery & Coordination Ensure timely onboarding, orientation, and implementation support for all assigned schools. Coordinate with academic, operations, and training teams for programme execution. Track programme milestones, delivery timelines, and quality benchmarks. Retention & Engagement Identify opportunities to enhance engagement and expand programme offerings. Address partner concerns proactively and provide timely solutions. Track renewal cycles and support the BD team in closing renewals/upgrades. Reporting & Documentation Maintain detailed records, reports, and CRM entries for all partner schools. Prepare monthly engagement reports, feedback summaries, and implementation updates. Provide insights to leadership for improving programme effectiveness. Skills and Education 5+ years of experience in account management, client servicing, school coordination, or project management , preferably in the education/non-profit sector. Strong relationship-building and client-handling skills. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination abilities. Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver high-quality service. Comfortable with travel for school visits and review meetings. Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Education, Social Sciences, Management preferred).
