Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager – Facility Management

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Sales and Marketing Manager with experience in the facility management and hospitality industry. The role will focus on driving business growth by acquiring new clients, strengthening partnerships with corporates, hotels, and institutions, and executing marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities with corporates, hotels, malls, residential societies, and institutions.
  • Develop customized proposals and presentations based on client needs in facility management and hospitality services.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales revenue targets set by the company.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements in line with company policies.

Marketing & Brand Development

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote facility management and hotel management services.
  • Build strong visibility through digital platforms, trade shows, industry exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends, pricing benchmarks, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop brand strategies to position the company as a trusted service provider in facility and hospitality management.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to highlight service quality and client success stories in marketing material.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Hospitality Management (MBA preferred).
  • 5–7 years of proven experience in sales & marketing, preferably in facility management, hospitality, or service industries.
  • Strong corporate networking and client relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of facility management solutions, hospitality services, and B2B sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, digital marketing, and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and deliver revenue targets.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • New client acquisitions (corporates, hotels, and institutions).
  • Client retention rate and contract renewals.
  • Sales revenue and profitability growth.
  • Market share expansion in facility and hospitality sectors.
  • ROI on marketing initiatives and brand visibility.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
