Sales and Marketing Manager

Sales Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to improve performance.
• Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key accounts.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to management.
• Conduct competitor analysis and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective follow-ups and service delivery.

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline platforms.
• Manage branding activities, promotional events, and advertising strategies.
• Create and oversee content for social media, website, and promotional materials.
• Analyze marketing data to evaluate campaign performance and ROI.
• Coordinate with creative and digital marketing teams for effective execution.
• Oversee market research to identify customer preferences and industry trends.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and digital marketing platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
