Responsibilities
• Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and expand a portfolio of corporate clients by networking and marketing.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Analyse latest market trends and closely track competitors.
• Promote the company’s offerings aligning with client’s/prospects requirements
• Prepare MIS including - records of sales, revenue, etc.
• Provide thoroughly researched feedback to voice of the market.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers and subsequently grow the
business by leveraging those relationships.
Requirements
• Proficiency in English Communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in business development, sales and marketing in International IT Services
• Knowledge of Software Development Terminologies.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM Software (e.g. Salesforce)
• Market knowledge
• Ability to build rapport
• Time management and planning skills
Experience: Minimum 5 years in IT Services – Sales and Marketing

Schedule: US Time (with some Overlapping with IST early evening)
Education: Bachelor's degree in CSE/IT/Computer Applications or in business, marketing and MBA
in Sales and Marketing.
