Job Description

Utilize Microsoft Office tools to support email marketing tasks, including data analysis and reporting. Create and manage email IDs for campaigns; describe and optimize the process for efficiency. Perform email configuration in Outlook, ensuring proper setup and functionality. Develop and implement processes for managing email campaigns, from planning to execution and analysis. Conduct data finding and perform Boolean searches to gather targeted email lists. Manage daily email outreach. Maintain and organize a database of email addresses for ongoing campaigns. Track and report on the average number of leads generated per month through email initiatives. Qualifications: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word. Experience in creating and managing email accounts is a plus. Knowledge of email configuration in Outlook preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable with data finding and conducting Boolean searches. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
