Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager Department: Admissions & Marketing. Location: Mysore. Reporting To: Director / Head of Operations. Job Overview: The Sales & Marketing Manager will lead the institute’s marketing and admissions team to achieve monthly and annual enrollment targets. The role involves managing sales executives, coordinating with outsourced social media marketing (SMM) agencies, executing lead-generation campaigns, and ensuring consistent revenue growth in alignment with company policies and goals. Key Responsibilities: Sales ManagementLead, mentor, and supervise the Sales Executives to ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets. Develop, implement, and monitor strategies for student admissions and institutional sales. Conduct regular performance reviews, goal setting, and reporting of sales metrics. Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, and corporate partners to promote admissions and collaborations. Manage the end-to-end admissions funnel: inquiry → counseling → conversion → enrollment. Marketing & PromotionOversee and coordinate all outsourced social media marketing (SMM) activities, ensuring brand consistency and ROI. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, webinars, and lead generation drives to increase awareness and reach. Work closely with the digital marketing team to analyze leads, engagement, and conversion ratios. Develop innovative marketing strategies for new course launches and seasonal admissions. Ensure timely content approvals, campaign performance tracking, and reporting. Revenue & Reporting Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets are achieved as per company policy. Prepare and present regular MIS reports on sales performance, marketing ROI, and admissions progress. Monitor budgets for marketing activities and ensure efficient utilization. Coordinate with the finance department for fee collection and reconciliation. Strategic InitiativesIdentify potential markets and new channels for student acquisition. Conduct competitor analysis and market research to support management decisions. Participate in planning institutional branding, PR, and promotional initiatives. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 4–6 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education or service sector. Proven experience in handling and mentoring sales teams. Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and campaign performance tracking. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Key Skills Leadership & Team Management.
