Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive (EdTech Solutions) Locations: Coimbatore: (Coimbatore, Tiruppur, Erode, Kangayam, Ooty, Mettupalayam) Chennai: (Chennai, Tiruvallur, Kancheepuram, Chengalpattu, Vellore, Ranipet, Tirupattur, Tiruvannamalai, Villupuram, Kallakurichi, Cuddalore) Tirunelveli: (Tirunelveli, Tenkasi, Tuticorin, Kanyakumari, Virudhunagar) Madurai: (Madurai, Sivaganga, Theni, Ramanathapuram, Pudukkottai, Thanjavur, Tiruvarur, Nagapattinam, Mayiladuthurai, Ariyalur) Salem: (Salem,Karur,Namakkal, Krishnagiri, Dharmapuri) Job Type: Full-time Travel Required: Yes (Extensive local travel within assigned districts) Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to drive the promotion and sales of our Interactive Flat Panels (IFPs), Neet Mentorx App, and Edureon CLASSA LMS to schools, colleges, coaching centers, and educational institutions. The candidate must have a strong background in B2B sales, EdTech Sectors, and field sales experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Business Development: - Identify and approach schools, colleges, universities, and coaching centers in the assigned territory. - Conduct product demos (Interactive Flat Panels, Neet Mentorx, and CLASSA LMS) to decision-makers (Principals, Trustees, and IT Heads). - Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for hardware (IFPs) and software (Neet Mentorx, CLASSA LMS). - Negotiate pricing, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of clients. 2. Marketing & Promotions: - Organize seminars, workshops, and exhibitions to showcase products. - Collaborate with channel partners, distributors, and resellers to expand market reach. Gather competitor insights and market trends to refine sales strategies. 3. Client Relationship Management: - Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals. - Provide after-sales support and coordinate with technical teams for installations/training. - Address client concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels. 4. Reporting & Coordination: - Maintain records of sales visits, leads, conversions, and pending orders. - Submit weekly/monthly sales reports to the management. - Work closely with the product and operations team for seamless execution. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 2-5 years in B2B sales (preferably in EdTech and SaaS solutions). Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Interactive Flat Panels, LMS, or e-learning apps is a plus. Communication: Excellent Tamil & English proficiency for client presentations. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable demonstrating software (Neet Mentorx, CLASSA LMS) and hardware (IFPs). Travel: Must have a two-wheeler/four-wheeler and be willing to travel extensively.
