Job Description

Job Title: HR Recruiter & Client Engagement Specialist Travel Required: Yes (As per business needs) Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter & Client Engagement Specialist who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment while also demonstrating our products (Panels, CLASSA, Neet Mentorx, etc.) to clients. The ideal candidate should excel in talent acquisition, client interactions, and be willing to travel for business meetings/demos. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: - Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding). - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. - Utilize job portals, social media, and referrals to attract top talent. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. 2. Client Engagement & Product Demos: - Conduct product presentations/demos (Panels, CLASSA, Neet Mentorx, etc.) for clients. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. - Address client queries regarding products/services and provide solutions. - Gather client feedback and collaborate with internal teams for improvements. 3. Business Travel & Client Meetings: - Willingness to travel to client locations for demos, and meeting our Prospects. - Represent the company professionally during client interactions. 4. Coordination & Reporting: - Maintain recruitment and client engagement reports. - Track hiring metrics and demo success rates. - Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams for alignment. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 2+ years in HR recruitment + client-facing roles (preferably in HR tech, SaaS, or related fields). Communication: Excellent verbal & written skills for client demos and stakeholder management. Technical Proficiency: Comfortable presenting software/products (training will be provided). Adaptability: Willing to travel and handle multiple responsibilities. Negotiation & Persuasion: Ability to influence clients and candidates effectively. Why Join Us?
