Job Description

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify new leads through research, networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Sales Strategy: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that align with business goals, including pricing, promotions, and market positioning. Negotiations & Proposals: Lead contract negotiations and deliver proposals to potential clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities to keep the company at the forefront of the industry. Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics to leadership. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Any degree 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving growth. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
