Job Description: Sales Executive – Country Homes & Villas Position: Sales Executive Location: Ameerpet, Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our premium country homes and villas. The role involves generating leads, planning and executing marketing campaigns, arranging site visits, and closing sales. This position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for real estate, and the ability to build strong relationships with potential buyers. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential buyers through cold calls, online inquiries, referrals, and networking. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns for customer acquisition. Sales & Customer Engagement: Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable properties. Deliver detailed presentations on project features, benefits, and pricing. Arrange and conduct site visits to showcase properties. Negotiate pricing, terms, and successfully close deals. Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences. Provide insights to improve sales strategies and enhance customer engagement. Follow-ups & Relationship Building: Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to nurture interest and drive sales. Build and sustain long-term client relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce or any related field. 3 years of experience in real estate sales, property sales, or related fields. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings. Familiarity with CRM tools and real estate sales processes is an advantage.
