Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for Sales and Business Development, located in West Delhi. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting Aarvi Polymers products to new and existing customers. Responsibilities include managing the sales process, providing product training to clients, and addressing customer inquiries to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. The role will also involve collaborating with internal teams for seamless operations and achieving sales targets. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs. Expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet sales targets. Experience in providing Training to clients or teams for better product understanding and usage. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently to meet objectives. Proven track record in the plastics or manufacturing industry is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Candidate should have Cipet diploma or degree
