Role Objective:We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executives to join our growing team. The role involves understanding client needs, promoting appropriate financial products, and building lasting relationships that support their financial goals. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies - Identify and approach potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings - Promote and sell investment products such as Mutual Funds, PMS, Bonds, and Insurance - Generate new leads and maintain strong relationships with existing clients - Conduct risk profiling and recommend suitable products - Prepare investment proposals and financial plans - Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets - Attend and contribute to internal sales meetings - Keep CRM tools updated with all client interactions and deal progress - Focus on achieving 2–3x revenue generation over cost
