Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Manager based in Delhi, India. The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and overseeing the sales team. Day-to-day tasks include market research, sales forecasting, preparing marketing materials, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The individual in this role will also collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer satisfaction and business performance.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Sales Management and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Strong Marketing Strategy and Market Research skills
Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
Experience with Sales Forecasting and Marketing Materials Preparation
Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India
Experience in the steel fabrication or construction industry is a plus
