Job Description

As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating outbound lead generation efforts as well as in-house email marketing campaigns. Your strategic role will involve collaborating with various teams and functions to ensure the seamless execution, tracking, and optimization of our outreach processes. Working closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders, you will focus on maximizing lead conversion rates and sales performance. Your key responsibilities will include acting as the primary contact for the external lead generation agency, coordinating lead generation campaigns, and monitoring performance to provide actionable feedback for improvement. You will also collaborate with the in-house email marketing and data mining teams to plan and execute targeted email campaigns, ensuring audience segmentation, personalization, and compliance best practices are followed. Additionally, you will be in charge of assigning qualified leads to the Business Development team using CRM tools, tracking lead status, and maintaining lead hygiene and reporting dashboards within the CRM system. You will oversee CRM workflows, campaigns, and reporting, leveraging insights to identify trends and refine outreach strategies. Moreover, you will liaise between co-founders, marketing, BD, and external partners to ensure cohesive execution of marketing and sales strategies, providing regular updates and reports on campaign performance and lead conversion. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5-6 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Revenue Operations roles, with a proven track record of managing external agencies and internal marketing operations. Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce is required, along with a strong understanding of lead generation and email marketing practices. Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with a keen eye for detail and follow-up. Experience in a startup or tech-driven environment is preferred. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including Provident Fund, yearly bonus, and work location in person. The schedule includes day shifts, fixed shifts, and morning shifts.,
