Job Description

1. Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual enrollment targets.
  • Identify, engage, and convert prospective students through direct sales, tele-calling follow-ups, and partner networks.
  • Create and manage lead pipelines using CRM tools and track conversion metrics.
  • Build partnerships with schools, colleges, corporates, and community organizations for lead generation.

2. Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, social media, SEO, email marketing).
  • Oversee offline promotional activities including seminars, workshops, expos, and community events.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to produce engaging marketing content and collaterals.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimize for higher ROI.

3. Brand Development

  • Build and maintain a strong brand identity for Aindriya Academy.
  • Manage the academy’s social media presence and online reputation.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all platforms and marketing materials.

4. Team Management & Coordination

  • Supervise and mentor marketing executives, business development executives, and tele-counsellors.
  • Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure smooth student onboarding.
  • Train the sales team in product knowledge, customer handling, and sales techniques.

5. Market Research & Strategy

  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Gather student feedback and market insights to refine offerings and marketing strategies.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and present them to the management
  • Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education or training sector.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and lead generation strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a team and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Monthly student enrollment numbers.
  • Lead conversion rate.
  • Campaign ROI (digital & offline).
  • Brand awareness metrics (social engagement, reach, website traffic).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹32,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Preferred)
