Role Overview We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager – Corporate Partnerships to expand our footprint in the B2B space. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate gifting, event partnerships, and premium food marketing , with an established network of decision-makers in HR, admin, and procurement. This role demands a strategic, relationship-focused professional who can position Honey Hut as the go-to brand for healthy, honey-sweetened corporate gifting and event catering. Key Responsibilities Drive corporate tie-ups for regular gifting and event supply of our premium, honey-sweetened bakery products. Tap into existing networks within corporate gifting, event management, and hospitality to secure high-value partnerships. Design and implement targeted B2B marketing campaigns showcasing Honey Hut’s natural and health-conscious product line. Negotiate profitable, long-term contracts with corporates, event organizers, and gifting partners. Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure flawless execution and timely delivery for events ranging from 50 to 500 attendees. Organize tasting sessions, pop-ups, and promotional activations at corporate offices to boost brand adoption. Monitor market trends, analyze competition, and identify new revenue opportunities in the B2B segment. Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field ( MBA preferred ). Minimum 5 years’ B2B marketing experience in corporate gifting, events, or premium F&B. Strong existing network of corporate and event industry contacts in India. Demonstrated success in securing partnerships and scaling corporate sales. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with health-focused food products and honey-based offerings is an advantage. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing analytics. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
