SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER

In this role, you will be responsible for developing a business plan and sales strategy to achieve company sales goals and profitability. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting market research to identify market requirements for current and future products - Analyzing customer research, current market conditions, and competitor information - Developing and implementing marketing plans and projects for new and existing products - Managing the productivity of marketing plans and projects - Monitoring, reviewing, and reporting on all marketing activities and results - Evaluating marketing campaigns and monitoring competitor activity - Preparing action plans for effective sales lead and prospect search - Maintaining accurate records of pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by the Marketing Engineer In addition, you will be required to focus on customer relationship and satisfaction by: - Developing and building relationships with customers and communicating with them regularly - Following the 5 principles to improve customer satisfaction (Focus on Customer, Do it together, Do it Right, Communicate and Educate, Measure and Record) - Handling customer enquiries after providing cylinders and power packs - Providing production information process and delivery commitment to customers - Conducting frequent customer satisfaction surveys and analyzing the satisfaction rate Furthermore, you will be responsible for team handling by: - Motivating team spirit and encouraging team members to focus on company goals rather than individual egos - Understanding the concept, thinking about the goal, analyzing probabilities, and achieving it with a concrete effect through coordination Your role will require skills in sales strategy, market research, customer relationship management, digital marketing, team leadership, communication, analytical skills, and negotiation.,
