We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented interns to join our growing team.As a Sales & Marketing Intern at NexTech Minds, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and driving business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:● School Visits: Actively engage in visiting schools across Maharashtra to promote NexTech Minds' year-long STEM programs, curated books, and other products/services.● Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through school visits, networking events, and other outreach activities.● Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to school administrators, teachers, and parents, highlighting the unique value proposition of NexTech Minds' offerings.● Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with school decision-makers.● Market Research: Gather market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform sales and marketing strategies.● Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, progress, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications :

● Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a reputed management college.● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.● Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to build rapport and close deals.● Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-starter with a strong work ethic.● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.● Passion for education and technology.
