  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic understanding of how software development works
  • Interest in technology-led sales, product demonstrations, and client interaction

Responsibilities

  • Assist in pre-sales discussions, product demonstrations, and requirement analysis
  • Work collaboratively with development and product teams to understand solution feasibility
  • Participate in client meetings, follow-ups, requirement scoping, and documentation
  • Support proposal drafting, presentation preparation, solution mapping, and client onboarding
  • Understand client operational processes and recommend suitable solutions
