Role Description

Sales:

  • Prospect Identification:

    Collaborate with potential clients team to identify and understand the needs of potential clients.
  • Lead Generation:

    Identify and generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Client Engagement:

    Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
  • Solution Presentation:

    Present solutions to prospective clients and demonstrate how they address their business needs.
  • Sales Strategy:

    Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.

Marketing:

  • Market Research:

    Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Campaign Development:

    Work with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive awareness and generate leads.
  • Content Creation:

    Assist in the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, case studies, and white papers.
  • Digital Marketing:

    Utilize digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, social media, and email marketing, to reach potential clients.
  • Event Participation:

    Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote products and services.

Implementation & Post-Sales:

  • Requirements Gathering:

    Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with clients for the implementation team to document in-depth requirements.
  • Sales Demonstration:

    Prepare a customized the demo to focus on features that address the prospect’s pain points
  • Solution Documentation:

    Assist in creating a comprehensive Solution Document and ensure both internal and external stakeholders approve it.
  • Client Meetings:

    Organize weekly Work-in-Progress (WIP) meetings with clients and provide weekly update reports to the Team Lead.


Qualifications

  • New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
  • Strong understanding of Business and Account Management
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the manufacturing or software industry is a plus
