Lead Software Engineer from India

About the Role

This is more than just a coding job you can take ownership of key product features and solve real-world manufacturing challenges.

You’ll help us:

• Design and build scalable .NET backend APIs and clean JavaScript frontends
• Solve interesting problems around real-time data, integrations, and automation
• Collaborate with product and client teams to build what really matters
• Improve the product architecture, performance, and user experience
• Ensure code quality with CI/CD pipelines (we use Azure DevOps)

Who We’re Looking For

You’re a strong, self-driven engineer with:

• 5–8 years of hands-on development experience, ideally in SaaS or cloud-based platforms
• Expertise in .NET (ASP.NET Core, C#)
• Solid skills in Azure services (like Azure SQL, AKS, or Azure AI)
• Good frontend experience with JavaScript (TypeScript is a plus)
• A problem-solving mindset — you enjoy tackling technical challenges
• Strong communication skills — you’ll be working with a global team and clients
• Bonus: Experience with MES/ERP/IIoT systems, Docker/Kubernetes, or contributions to open source
