Key Responsibilities Magazine Design Assist in designing magazine pages, cover pages, editorial layouts, advertisements, and interview spreads. Create high-quality visuals, typography, and layouts as per the magazine's branding. Work with the editorial team to place content, images, and interview drafts properly. Prepare print-ready PDF files and digital magazine versions. Social Media Design Design daily/weekly posts, banners, carousels, stories for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms. Create visually appealing promotional creatives for interviews, podcasts, awards, and events. Maintain brand consistency in all designs. Website & Digital Creatives Prepare images for website articles, thumbnails, and feature images. Design hero banners and promotional graphics for The Industry Insights website. Optimize images for fast loading without losing quality. Collaboration & Workflow Coordinate with sales, editorial, and marketing teams for design requirements. Make revisions smoothly based on feedback. Ensure timely delivery of all visuals. You will receive a monthly stipend of ?5,000 along with a certificate, experience letter, and flexible work hours. You will be responsible for designing magazine pages, social media creatives, and website banners for The Industry Insights and our associated publications.

Support the Business Development team in sending outreach emails, LinkedIn messages, and lead generation tasks. Coordinate with editorial & design teams for client content and approvals.
