Role Description

The Sales and Marketing Intern position at GroupIN is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The intern will assist with developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote GroupIN’s services to potential customers. Daily tasks include engaging with potential clients, ensuring high-quality customer service, supporting sales activities, conducting market research, and providing training to team members or partners when required. The role is ideal for those who want hands-on experience in sales and marketing within the tech industry.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and collaborate effectively within teams
• Solid foundation in Sales and Sales Management, including understanding of sales strategies and ability to achieve targets
• Experience or willingness to engage in Training activities to support teams and partners
• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling challenges and tasks
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
