Role Overview: Sales & Marketing Intern (On-Site | Hyderabad)

This full-time, on-site internship in Hyderabad involves supporting the sales and marketing team in daily activities. The intern will engage in customer communication, conduct outreach to potential clients, assist with training sessions, and help manage sales pipelines. The role includes promoting GroupIN’s offerings, contributing to sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service to drive satisfaction and retention.

The intern will also take part in market research, analyze customer feedback, and propose new marketing campaign ideas. A key component of the position includes using platforms such as LinkedIn and other social media channels for lead generation and outreach. Additionally, the role offers hands-on experience with CRM tools to track leads, streamline processes, and enhance sales efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Basic understanding of sales processes and sales management
• Experience in training or guiding customers/team members is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Must be available to work full-time on-site in Hyderabad
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms, especially LinkedIn
• Willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to interpret market trends and provide insights
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
