are redefining diagnostic sampling and early screening in healthcare. We are looking for a dynamic and strategic

Sales & Marketing Manager

to lead our market outreach and drivegrowth in the doctors and hospital segments.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for IOTA’s diagnostic products in B2B healthcare markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and distributors.
  • Identify new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and ensure sales targets are achieved.
  • Plan and implement promotional activities, CME programs, hospital demos, and product presentations.
  • Work closely with internal teams on product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine marketing plans.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or Marketing (MBA preferred).
  • 5–7 years of proven experience in medical marketing and sales, preferably in diagnostics, medical devices, or healthcare consumables.
  • Strong network and understanding of hospital procurement, clinician engagement, and B2B medical sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented professional with leadership potential and a growth mindset.
