Job Description

Job Opening: Sales & Marketing Head – Jaipur

Experience: 10–15 years

Industry Preference: Jewelry manufacturing or luxury sector (B2B mandatory)

Reporting To: MD / CEO

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth and lead national sales operations.
  • Business development, market expansion, and brand building.
  • Manage key client relationships and overall profitability.
  • Collaborate with production & design on product strategy.
  • Sales forecasting, planning, and creating sales strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Strong leadership & team management.
  • Strategic thinking, data analysis, and decision-making.
  • Proficiency in sales tools/CRM; excellent communication & negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel across India.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
