Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Executive role located in New Delhi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, pitching to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires excellent interpersonal and customer engagement skills, along with a focus on growing the Stubborn Factory network.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, combined with persuasion and business communication abilities.
• Skills in market research, strategic planning, and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
• Proficiency in maintaining long-term client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with an ability to meet targets and deadlines.
• Experience in merchandising, retail sales, or business development is a plus.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
