Preferred candidate profile We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to support our business growth through field sales, campaign execution, and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hands-on experience in on-ground promotions, and the ability to meet sales targets consistently. Role & responsibilities Identify and approach potential customers through field visits and market outreach. Present, promote, and sell products/services to new and existing clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct product demos and negotiate deals to close sales. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to ensure conversion. Marketing & Promotions Execute on-ground promotional campaigns and brand activation activities. Support marketing initiatives such as events, roadshows, and product launches. Collect customer feedback during campaigns and share insights with the team. Assist in planning marketing strategies to increase brand visibility. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business. Resolve customer queries and provide product information promptly. Maintain a database of customers, leads, and campaign performance. Reporting Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM tools. Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 25 years of experience in field sales and promotional activities. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets. Good understanding of marketing campaigns and customer behavior. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic reporting. Willingness to travel extensively for field activities. Preferred Qualities Energetic, confident, and self-motivated. Ability to build rapport quickly with clients. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
