Sales And Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities :-

• Sales & Business Development

• Promote and sell

  paper products, cobra files, office files, and stationery items

  to dealers, wholesalers, and corporate clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in schools, offices, and government institutions.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through consistent field visits and client engagement.

• Product Knowledge & Demonstration

• Showcase detailed knowledge of

  different paper grades (printing, writing, packaging)

  .
• Demonstrate features and benefits of

  cobra files, office files, registers, and stationery items

  to customers.
• Advise clients on product suitability for

  office, educational, and industrial use

  .

• Customer Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional buyers.
• Provide after-sales support, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain repeat business through trust and service excellence.

• Market Intelligence & Reporting

• Collect competitor information on pricing, product range, and promotions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize orders.
• Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline reports, and customer databases.

Required Skills & Competencies :-

• Strong knowledge of

  paper grades, cobra files, office files, and stationery items

  .
• Excellent

  communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  .
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage multiple accounts.
• Proficiency in

  MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting systems

  .
• Problem-solving mindset with focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications :-

• ANY GRADUATE / POST GRADUATE WITH FIELD KNOWLEDGE

  .

• 1 - 3 years of experience in

  sales/marketing of paper, files, or stationery products

  .

• Willingness to travel extensively for field sales.
