Sales And Marketing Executive

for the position of Sales & Marketing Executive with experience in the plastic

masterbatch and compound industry, specifically experience in black masterbatch at our

Ahmedabad Factory Plant.

• As a leading manufacturer of XLPE compounds, PP compounds,

masterbatches, and additives, we are committed to innovation, quality, and

excellence in the polymer industry. We are looking for a dedicated professional

who can manage international trade documentation and ensure seamless import

and export operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical knowledge of Black masterbatch formulation and end-use

applications.

• Identify and approach potential customers including plastic converters, injection

molders, film manufacturers, and compounders.

• Promote and sell Black masterbatch and plastic compounds to processors,

converters, OEMs, and distributors.

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying and converting

new prospects.

• Conduct regular client visits and technical consultations to understand customer

needs and recommend suitable product solutions.

• Deliver compelling sales presentations and technical demonstrations.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and

market penetration.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to adjust

marketing approaches accordingly.

• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry seminars to promote the

company's products.

• Collaborate with R&D and production teams to align marketing strategies with

product development.

• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for

management.

• Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery of

orders.

• Maintain up-to-date sales records, client communications, and market

intelligence.

• Coordinate deliveries with logistics and production teams to ensure customer

satisfaction.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, OEMs, and

distribution partners.
