Key Responsibilities Technical knowledge of Black masterbatch formulation and end-use applications. Identify and approach potential customers including plastic converters, injection molders, film manufacturers, and compounders. Promote and sell Black masterbatch and plastic compounds to processors, converters, OEMs, and distributors. Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying and converting new prospects. Conduct regular client visits and technical consultations to understand customer needs and recommend suitable product solutions. Deliver compelling sales presentations and technical demonstrations. Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market penetration. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to adjust marketing approaches accordingly. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry seminars to promote the company's products. Collaborate with R&D and production teams to align marketing strategies with product development. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management. Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery of orders. Familiarity with plastic material properties, RM selection, and their impact on product quality and durability. Experience with mold design, maintenance, and lifecycle management. Knowledge of automation and machinery integration in plastic manufacturing. Understanding of safety standards related to plastic processing equipment . Thin wall products experience is must.
