Job Description

Primary title: Sales & Marketing Executive
Role & Responsibilities
  • Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned territory through active field coverage and strategic account management.
  • Generate and qualify leads via field visits, cold outreach, events, and digital channels; convert prospects into paying customers.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: product demos, commercial proposals, negotiation, contract closure and smooth handover to onboarding/support teams.
  • Partner with marketing to execute local campaigns, product launches, and customer-facing activations that drive pipeline growth and brand awareness.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, update pipeline and forecasts, and provide weekly/monthly performance reports to sales leadership.
  • Build strong relationships with Custom clearnence, distributors; gather market feedback to inform product improvements.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 2+ years of proven sales or sales & marketing experience in Logistic, Custom clearance, B2B sales.
  • Consistent track record of achieving targets and managing a sales territory with regular field travel.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • comfortable with pipeline management and reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business or Marketing and willingness to work on-site with regular travel.

Preferred

  • Experience with digital lead-generation tactics and local marketing activations.
