Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and organized Project Coordinator with 2 to 4 years of experience and a background in Mechanical Engineering (Diploma or Degree). The candidate will play a key role in coordinating with clients, customers, and vendors, managing project billing and expenses, and preparing project progress reports. The role also involves organizing meetings and occasional travel to project sites or vendor locations. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, customers, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle. Manage billing, expense tracking, and ensure timely processing of project-related costs. Prepare weekly project reports, tracking milestones, deliverables, and overall progress. Schedule and organize meetings with vendors and customers; prepare meeting agendas and minutes. Support the project team in documentation, follow-ups, and administrative tasks. Ensure timely follow-up on pending actions from all stakeholders. Travel to client or vendor sites as needed for project coordination and supervision. Assist in procurement and logistics coordination in line with project requirements. Required Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in project coordination or engineering support roles. Good understanding of mechanical project workflows and coordination. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of project tracking tools is a plus. Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines. Willingness to travel based on project requirements. Preferred Skills: Experience in engineering, EPC, manufacturing, or construction projects.
