Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Manager – Project Sales to drive sales in the Hyderabad region. The role will focus on developing business with architects, builders, contractors, consultants, and project management firms, with the goal of securing orders and strengthening Buildstar’s presence in South India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and build strong relationships with architects, developers, contractors, and consultants.
  • Identify project opportunities in residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional sectors.
  • Drive sales for flooring, decking, cladding, and door divisions.
  • Present Buildstar’s solutions through pitches, BOQ discussions, and product demos.
  • Prepare and negotiate proposals/contracts, ensuring closures within timelines.
  • Track sales pipelines, maintain client databases, and report regularly on performance.
  • Support regional leadership in achieving quarterly and annual billing targets.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in Engineering (Civil/Architecture/Construction) or Business/Marketing.
  • 2–4 years of B2B sales/project sales experience in building materials or related industries.
  • Strong network of architects, designers, and contractors in Hyderabad is a plus.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

What We Offer

  • Fixed CTC: ₹6- ₹6.5 lakhs per annum.
