Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to drive the growth of our cutting-edge biotech services. This hybrid role is perfect for a commercially-minded individual with a strong scientific background. You will be responsible for the full commercial cycle: identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, closing deals, and executing strategic marketing campaigns to build our brand and generate leads. The ideal candidate can effectively bridge the gap between complex scientific services and tangible client needs. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads through targeted research, networking, attending conferences, and responding to inquiries. Consultative Selling: Engage with potential clients (scientists, R&D managers, procurement Scholars) to deeply understand their research challenges and project requirements. Solution Proposing: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, technical proposals, and quotations that accurately match our services to client needs. Deal Closure: Skillfully negotiate terms and contracts to close sales and meet or exceed revenue targets. Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building long-term, trusted relationships to ensure client satisfaction and secure repeat business. Pipeline Management: Maintain a clean and accurate sales pipeline. Qualifications and Skills Required: Education: Bachelor’s degree in a Life Sciences field (e.g., Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or similar). Experience: 0-1 years of experience in a sales, business development, technical support, or marketing role within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, RO (Research Organization) industry, College, Universities. Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in meeting sales targets and/or executing successful marketing campaigns. Scientific Acumen: Ability to quickly grasp and clearly communicate complex scientific concepts and service workflows. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to both scientific and business audiences. Soft Skills: Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented. Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and time-management skills. Tech Savvy: Proficiency with MS Office suite and CRM software.
