We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to drive brand awareness, retail visibility, and sales growth across Pune and surrounding regions. The ideal candidate should have experience in apparel, fashion, or FMCG marketing, with a passion for retail activation and trade marketing. Key Responsibilities· Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to boost sales and brand visibility. · Coordinate with retailers, wholesalers, and sales teams to implement marketing campaigns. · Develop POS materials, in-store branding, and visual merchandising for retail outlets. · Identify new market opportunities and assist in expanding retail coverage. · Track competitor activities and provide regular market intelligence reports. · Support in planning and execution of trade schemes, dealer meets, and brand events. · Monitor sales performance vs. marketing spend and report ROI. · Maintain strong relationships with vendors, printers, and event partners. · Collaborate closely with the sales team for local marketing support and lead generation. Requirements· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. · 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales promotion, or brand activation (preferably in apparel, textile, or FMCG sector). · Strong understanding of retail marketing and distribution networks. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. · Creative thinker with good organizational and execution skills. · Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic design tools will be an advantage. · Must be willing to travel locally for market visits and activations.
