We are committed to delivering high-quality products/services to our customers and are looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Mumbai . Key Responsibilities: 1.Sales and Lead Generation: - Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques. - Generate leads, set up meetings with potential clients, and convert prospects into customers. - Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and timely information. 2. Marketing Strategy and Execution: - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies to promote our products/services. - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. - Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to increase brand awareness and sales. 3. Customer Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions. - Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 4. Reporting and Analysis: - Track and analyze sales and marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns. - Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the management team. 5.Collaboration: - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align objectives and share insights . - Coordinate with other departments such as product development, customer service, and finance to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1 year of experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the Education sector . - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM software is a plus. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Willingness to travel as needed.
