1. To be responsible for market development as instructed by Management from time to time with regards to PEB & other related products.
2. To Forecast & achieve monthly & annual profitable sales targets as per commitment.
3. To do Market research / survey of industrial areas related to various products of the company.
4. To generate leads & enquiries for pre-engineered buildings
5. To make QRF, Costing & proposal.
6. To make group presentations to key Customers, Architects & Consultants.
7. To execute Techno-commercial negotiations.
8. To Educate customers about pre-engineered buildings- its advantageous & applications
9. To coordinate with other departments in the organizations for smooth execution of projects
10. To make Payments follow ups & recovery. (as per payment terms)
11. To ensure timely executions of Projects.
12. To keep record of competitors activities & their strategies.
13. To submit a weekly client report to HOD.
14. To co-ordinate all pre sale & post sale activity in relation to turnkey projects
15. Ready to travel local / abroad.
